Top Outdoor Activities
The weather’s warming up, the flowers are starting to bloom and the sun is shining bright. Spring is here, and we couldn’t be happier to get outside and enjoy the sights, sounds and scenery. If you’re loving this season as much as us, we bet you’re sharing the same sentiment.
To get in the spring of things and celebrate Earth Day and enjoy nature, we’re breaking down our favorite outdoor activities.
Take a hike
Toss on your hiking boots, grab a bottle of water and hit the road. If you love to explore new places, check out local parks and trails.
Planning to push your limits or break a sweat? Toss on our Performance Core T-shirt. The shirt is designed with allover mesh, sweat-wicking and antimicrobial fabric to keep you cooler when the heat is on.
Do some horsin’ around
Saddle up for a good time. Horseback riding is a great way to take in the great outdoors without having to do all the work yourself. Added bonus: You get to spend time with one of the most beautiful animals around!
Go on a bike ride
There’s nothing quite like feeling the wind in your hair and the sun on your back. Search for bike routes in your area or find a long, windy trail. Biking is an excellent way to be out in nature—and get some exercise, too.
Psst: Ladies, don’t forget your wicking Skimmies® slipshorts. They’ll keep you confidently covered and extra cool as you pedal away.
Head to the park
Bring your best buddy to the dog park for a game of Frisbee or fetch. You’ll get a welcome dose of fresh air and slobbery kisses, while he (or she!) gets to run around and greet all his furry friends. Be sure to wear wicking activewear so you can keep up with him!
S’mores, campfires and tents… what could be better? Round up the troops for some good ol’ fashion fun out in the wilderness.
Don’t forget to bring you’re scary storytelling a-game or your Active Mesh (Sporties Mesh for her) Underwear— you can wash them at night and they’re ready to go by morning (plus they provide breathability in case something unexpected happens)!
Take a dip (or a ride)
Head to the water for an afternoon swim or a spin around the lake. Feeling a bit more adventurous? Trade in the pontoon for a kayak and up the thrill factor.
Whatever adventure’s calling your name, get out there, do what you love and experience all that nature has to offer.
