LEGENDARY SERVICE … That Goes Right To The Heart

Joanne S., of California, had a rough day; her beloved dog was diagnosed with cancer.

While Melinda’s kind tone impressed her, Joanne couldn’t believe her eyes when she got a sympathy card in the mail from Melinda and all the folks at Jockey. “It may seem like a small gesture, but it’s not. It’s the heart. I can tell you that I didn’t get a card from anybody but Jockey. It meant a lot to me to know that someone cares, really cares. How do you put a price on that?”

LEGENDARY SERVICE … That’s Red, White and Blue

“He’ll be home for Christmas.” That’s what Diane F., of Nebraska, shared when she called Jockey personal shopper Sandy.

Diane’s son was coming home from Afghanistan and a lot of his clothes weren’t coming with him.  So, she called Jockey to buy him a new “under-wardrobe” of all his Jockey favorites.

After the order was placed, Sandy and the entire Consumer Care team sent Diane’s son a range of red, white and blue underwear along with a special card expressing appreciation for his military service.

“I thought it was just wonderful and amazing. It shows that you’re more than great underwear, you’re great people,” said Diane.

LEGENDARY SERVICE: For A Real Loser


One of the best things about losing weight is new wardrobe shopping. In many ways, it’s the start of a “new you.” Not long ago, we had a real loser call into our customer care center. His name was Jim F. and he lived in Texas – boy was he a loser.

When Jim’s Jockey.com order arrived at his house, he noticed his order was missing styles. Concerned, Jim called Jockey and talked with Personal Shopper Denise to report the mistake. Without question, Denise ordered his replacement merchandise. Bubbling over with excitement, Jim shared he had lost 153 POUNDS!
