Joanne S., of California, had a rough day; her beloved dog was diagnosed with cancer.
“I was just devastated,” she recalls. “And then I got a courtesy call from (Jockey) customer service thanking me for my order, and somehow that young lady (Jockey Customer Care representative Melinda) sounded so caring, I just spilled my guts.”
While Melinda’s kind tone impressed her, Joanne couldn’t believe her eyes when she got a sympathy card in the mail from Melinda and all the folks at Jockey. “It may seem like a small gesture, but it’s not. It’s the heart. I can tell you that I didn’t get a card from anybody but Jockey. It meant a lot to me to know that someone cares, really cares. How do you put a price on that?”
