Longtime customer, Connie W. of Wisconsin called Jockey®  personal shoppers looking for some help.  She was hoping to get a report of any orders she had purchased at Jockey® stores.  Connie had been robbed and the robbers stole everything she had, even her undergarments.  Connie was compiling a list for the police and the insurance company of everything that had been taken.  After helping her, personal shopper Rebecca McSparran sent Connie a special assortment of Jockey® products that she had purchased in the past.  She also sent along a thoughtful card reminding Connie that she still had friends at Jockey® who would take care of her.
