Father of the bride, Rajenda P., of California, shared some pre-wedding jitters to Jockey personal shopper Holly. Holly, a recent bride herself, offered her own personal experiences to Rajenda, helping him feel at ease.
Rajenda shared Holly’s thoughts with his wife … and even wanted to send her pictures from the wedding! Holly wasn’t done yet. She sent Rajenda and his wife a box of chocolates along with a card wishing them well.
“I always knew Jockey was a premium brand,” he says, “but this is simply unbelievable.”
Ray W., a Jockey customer, has lost 40 pounds and he’s still going. In need of new underwear, he called and celebrated his great news with our customer service team. Little did he know, the real celebration was on its way! Two days later, Ray received a basket of fruit from his Jockey personal shopper along with a card congratulating him on his loss.

When a customer wrote a review of the Elance Supersoft Cami at Jockey.com, she hoped that Jockey – and other customers – would get a sense for how much the Jockey cami has helped her during radiation treatments for breast cancer. She had no idea how far the Jockey customer service team would take her review. They sent her a lovely floral arrangement with a get-well card they all signed. And of course, she was deeply touched.
