So, you have a favorite style of Jockey® underwear and you want to get more. Oh no! You can’t figure out what style you bought! Don’t fret, you are not alone. This is actually one of the most common calls our personal shoppers receive and it can be difficult to solve over the phone. Good news, we have a solution!
Introducing: UNDIE, our Underwear Identification Engine. Simply lay your product on a flat surface, take a picture and send it to Jockey@Jockey.com. Our personal shoppers will put on their “undie detective” hat and figure out what style you bought. You will receive an e-mail with your style number and be on your merry shopping way. Fabulous!
Tips for taking pictures & providing info:
- Be sure to lay your product as flat as possible to show detail
- If your product has unique features, try and send a couple photos
- If you know the silhouette or fabric details, please include that info your e-mail (i.e. “this is a bikini” or “this is 95% cotton/5% spandex” or “this feels silky”)
