Legendary Service: It’s Almost Like Reading Minds

Personal shopper, Alice Smith, was finalizing an order for Ginnie W. of Chapel Hill, N.C. when Ginnie mentioned how she had been struck by a drunk driver, and could be laid up for quite a while yet. After completing the call, Alice looked up Ginnie’s order history and found that, although Ginnie had ordered a lot of Jockey® underwear (usually in shades of blue), she had never tried Jockey® sleepwear.

To provide her with some extra comfort during her recuperation, Alice sent Ginnie some comfy sleepwear in what turned out to be Ginnie’s favorite color: blue!

Ginnie can’t believe what great customer service Jockey® offers (to her it seemed like Alice could read her mind), going to the extend of figuring out her favorite color!

Legendary Service: We’re There When You Least Expect!

Personal shopper Laura Otter was between calls, updating Jockey Club® account addresses. She noticed an unusual note on Trudy L’s change form, it said “…house burned down.”

Touched, Laura went out at lunch to look for a special card to send Trudy. One caught Laura’s eye. The front said, “This is the mystery: life brings trouble but also comfort.” It was perfect. Laura enclosed a $100 Jockey Gift card to help Trudy rebuild, along with a personal note of support.

Great job, Laura, for showing our consumers that Jockey® comfort is all around!
